Hello Lovely gladly accepts returns, and will issue store credit for the purchased amount of the item(s). When returning an item, please take note of the following as we are firm on our return policy.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense for return shipping. If we do not receive the reshipping fee in 7 days, we will donate all items to charity.
- Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued unless further reviewed and granted by Hello Lovely Store Management.
- Store credit will be given for the purchased price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible).
Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags. If you cannot locate the original invoice, please print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you. Returns received without supporting documentation will be delayed in receiving store credit.
Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- Notify us at email@example.com of your return before mailing it back to us.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.
- Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items must have tags still attached and be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have any stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will not receive store credit.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS are Final sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Slips, Socks.
- Damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Exchanging for a different size of the same item --
- Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know of your exchange. Return the original order size to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A store credit will be issued if the size of the specific item has been sold out.
Exchanging for a complete different Item --
- If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a complete different item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to send your return back. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item.
Please note that SALE ITEMS, INTIMATES, JEWELRY, CAMISOLES and SOCKS are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
